2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING -
THE Annual General Meeting will be held on
Friday 25 May at Southernhay URC Hall. As we aim to get the formalities over as
quickly as possible, the meeting will start at 7.00pm sharp. Nomination for the
various office bearers and ordinary committee members will be voted on. A formal
notice will be sent to all members in the post shortly.
Members will also have received a separate letter from the President, concerning
the level of support at some of our events. The Management Committee work hard
over the year to provide the members with activities that they think people
want and they are always prepared to be responsive to any new suggestions that
may come forward, Members are being asked to complete a questionnaire to help
decide the future direction of the Society's two key events, St Andrew's Night
and Burns' Night. When you receive the questionnaire please fill it in and
bring it to the AGM or alternatively hand it or post to any committee member.
